"This was by far the worst grooming experience I have EVER had. I took my two golden retrievers in for grooming. The salon had the dogs for more than six hours! When I picked them up they still were not completely dry. Basically they were given a bath and supposedly a deshedding. Nothing else was done. Matts were not removed, feet were not trimmed, ears were not trimmed. The real rub came when I was charged for a full grooming. Suffice it to say that I will not be back and I will not hesitate to share with others my very disappointing experience. You folks really need to get your act together."
