"I was thrilled to have the attention of the sales person at the University Drive location today (1/20). He listened to my dog's needs and preferences, and he gave me good alternatives. This was a big deal because my dog had stopped eating, and loves the products he recommended. So far, so good. A year has gone by now. I needed new help for food for my elderly dog who has no teeth. Besides remembering me from past pucrases, Sam helped me find a new way to go. He is "snarfing" up his new food!! Many thanks to Sam!"

"Saying this is the BEST pet store would still be an understatement. This was the associate who helped me find treats for my dog (who has been a treat troll lately). They suggested some sweet potato fries after I told them about how my pup has really been enjoying sweet taters lately. They showed me around the store and really added a wonderful ambiance to the whole experience. I greatly appreciate the selection here—things that you really can’t find anywhere else.
