"I was a patient there Ion November 2023-December 2023. I subjected to fecal matter in the shower, blood all over the bathroom which the nursing staff had to call a meeting for everyone on the campus about, fell and injured my shoulder because they would not get a rubber foot for my cane. Now they think I tore rotator cuff. I subjected to syphlis due to a roommate who I had to clean up his mess. They would not. Was told by Angie Gillespie I was going to be arrested for trespassing because I was in the building where her and I were having a meeting that day. Was told several times that same day in front of Felicia I was going to andmin discharged. That did not happen. Angie called security on me, Felica stopped that. Security ended up driving me to local urgent care so I could get my shoulder taken care of. Tony Ishom, the CEO sent me my certification and clothing after I returned home because of all the issues I had. Health department had to be called on them due the rat infestation they have. Rats were in the smoking yard. People overdosed while I was in there, two people died. Was not allowed to call911. Drug dealers were admitted and selling while in. I would not recommend this institution to anyone. Now I have attorney going after them for medical malpractice but that whole different story. PLEASE DO NOT, I REPEAT DOT GO THER OR SEND A LOVE ONE THERE. That place is horrible.Did I forget to mention that I was volunteer firefighter and EMT. And I was there for alcohol only but they wanted to put me methadone. I don’t do or use drugs. Look into this institution first. My insurance is getting there money back from my stay. I was told 30 days then it tried to change to 90 after I was in. That did not happen. They won’t let you talk to your insurance at all. Can’t use phone untill after business hours. Some people are good and really try to help but as a whole the institution is a joke and they lie to you, especially Angie Gillespie. I had to as they say AMA, but security knew what was going on with me and they like I said drove me to the nearest clinic to get my shoulder looked at.DONT GO HERE,Pleas, for your own good. If anyone wants to know the whole story and what actually went on at gaylax, I’m me on Facebook I be glad to tell you everything and the names involved. And yes by bloodwork came back negative, thank god. But I had to do it myself."

"I was a patient throughout the fall months and have remained clean and sober with the help of medical management and continued therapy. Theses services were set up for me from the program. I was a heavy user of fentanyl, other opioids, methamphetamine, cocaine, etc. I was using for over 10 years and thought there was no way I could stop and stay clean. They give you the resources and although the program can seem a bit strict compared to others, it does work. I hope this info was helpful to anyone considering this place. I wish I had went sooner. "I was here twice in the last year I just got out two months ago now, I stayed sick the entire time I was there due to black mold everywhere they blocked us from calling 911 and 411 refused to take us to the hospital if needed and I’d we did go we were told we would be discharged from the program they lost my peak and troth test 4 times never ended up getting the results and increased on my medication 90% of my belongings where stollen from my room or from the laundry room while it was drying lots of drugs and unprotected sex if ur really trying to get help and change this isn’t the place I wouldn’t wish this place on anyone the staff are rude and obviously hate they’re jobs staff having inappropriate relationships with patients , patients having relationships and bullying. Also this place is extremely haunted I had black shadow figures pulling my blanket off of me, standing over me you can literally feel the wave of negative energy when you walk in the property"

"My sister came here and had MOLD in her room. And the nurse and staff refused to clean my sisters room/relocate her. They told her to clean the mold herself!!!! She fell sick and they REFUSED to take her to the hospital. My mother had to call from the outside to get her to the hospital. They told her that her right lung is almost PUNCTURED due to the mold. They’re horrible staff/center. And that nasty nurse has been nothing but rude to my sister cursing and all. Another patient there has had 5 seizures and no medical staff has helped her, the other patients there have been helping her instead. You all will be hearing from us very soon, count your days!!"

"I have a love one at the location. There is no structure to this program at all. Staff was quick to get insurance approved and has not reached out since. I have not been contacted by any of the therapist or counselors for family to be involved at all. They pretty much make each person responsible for figuring out the process and how they operate. They seem to only focus on prescribing methadone and my loved one says they are dosing people to the point of nodding out and falling out their chairs to face planting their food. Recovery isn’t trading one substance for another. And they are pushing the methadone even to people who don’t have an opiate issue. The term used by my love one for this place is the 24 hour methadone motel! Not to mention several have been arrested and several have overdosed in the last few weeks . Saturday they had an overdose and don’t think the person survived! If you have a loved one who isn’t ready to get sober don’t send them here it might not make it home. And I think the state departments need to investigate how this places operated and more structure of the programs are definitely needed! Seems they are only worried about the money they get not the treatment they should be providing!"
