"OMG, such great deals here!! The store is run by this little lady who you would never know is in her 90's and her daughter!! Great finds in material and threads!!! I bought many spools of thread at $4/lb ($10 for all the thread in the picture!) and yards of material for quilts for Project Linus!! If you sew or quilt you need to go there as they have fantastic buys!! We'll be back the next time in NC !!!"

"I used this store for clothing alterations and also had curtains made to fit for under my kitchen counter. I brought my own fabric that I bought off Etsy. The lady that did my work is named, Edith and I must say that she does top-notch, high quality stitching. My clothing alterations were spot on and her daughter , she told me, actually made my curtains and they are stitched and pressed to perfection. Very fair prices."

"Quirky, Very inexpensive, a bit of a hunt. Includes short ends and lots of odds and ends. The long time owner is a very lovely, sweet older lady and usually at the register. I've had many a chat with her.... she'll sometimes give you a good deal on a price or two! I enjoy a good ramble and a hunt for a bargain. There are some good deals to be found ....if you have a bit of time...."
