"Pretty upset. Can't get anything accomplished at this office. Needed to update name and the front desk lost the copy and didn't give it to my case worker so handled everything over email. Apparently when renewal happens the Richmond office don't send paperwork so when the stamps get shut off they don't care. Fought and fought to get my food stamps and sat on hold reporting my caseworker for hours and still didn't get my full food stamps amount. I've been harassed at this office about a laptop they GAVE me. Just bad social work especially involving a child and I will be contacting more people in Richmond and letting them know what is going on at this office location. I have all emails as well as recorded phone conversations of what happens"
