"I was in excruciating pain and had been misdiagnosed at an urgent care and an ER. I was given a referral for surgery but was told that nothing was available for 1 week! My husband called this group who got me in the next day Thank God. They were very kind, gentle and knowledgeable."

"You can't call and talk to a human being! You leave a message and HOPE they call you back. When they do, it is hours later or the next day. If you are looking for an email address to contact them, forget it! If you want to ask them for an email address so you can send photos of your condition, forget it! You can't even talk to a human on the phone. You have to travel to their office to talk to a human, where there are plenty of them sitting around. Their MyChart is worthless! This is totally different from my MyChart with UNC Chapel Hill where I can send emails directly to MY DOCTOR and actually get a response FROM HIM. I can also contact the doctor's office via email and get a quick response. With NOVANT, there isn't even an email link to contact them. It is really sad how much customer service has gone down hill since NOVANT took over here in Wilmington."

I had a surgery last week with Dr. Fox (also amazing) and another surgeon, and began to experience a complication this week (no fault of the surgeons.. surgery is just a slippery slope). Faith listened attentively and found an appointment for me in the doctors' packed schedules. She is kind and polite, and I am so thankful for her. My nurse was gentle and patient.
