Reviews of Children's Hope Alliance
"Also known as Kulynych Family Center"
"This is a TERRIBLE organization. As a former child there, and as a life-long child of the foster care system, they broke SEVERAL laws. This organization will take ANY measures to scrip and save money. For example, I was told there was not a budget for buying and of the kids clothes, I went in with a backpack full of clothes and needed some badly. They will also try to cheat the audits. They with “bribe” the kids to tell the state official that everything was fine, we all did it out of the fear of punishment. The staff varies. The good ones always end up quitting due to mistreatment. So we are left with the inexperienced staff that don’t have any concern except for when the next paycheck is coming. The staff also team up against the kids in order to control them. They would also deny the kids their right of uses of resources. They will lie, cheat, and manipulate the kids into submission. They treat 15 or 16 year old kids like kindergarteners. Putting them on a “check and x” system. All the kids have the same CFT goals, and total disregard for the different needs of different kids. In my experience with the Children’s Hope Alliance, it should be shut down, and DEEPLY investigated."
"This is a horrible organization to work for. You work way more than what you’re paid for . You are definitely over worked and underpaid . They don’t support their staff and believe outside parties instead of their employees before thoroughly investigating a situation. I should have definitely listened to the other horrible reviews before applying."
