"I take my cat here every time that we have to go out of town. My cat isn’t the friendliest when he is out of his normal environment yet they still take great care of him and keep me updated whenever he has any issues. I highly recommend this place and it’s so close to the airport that it’s very convenient to stop by there on your way to the airport."

"I will never take an animal back here again. We left our dog with a blanket for him to have on his bed. It just disappeared. At this point I'm not convinced they did anything we requested which they charged extra for. They got their money once from me, and someone took home a great blanket. Never, never, never again."

"We've boarded our two cats twice with Pet Palace and have been beyond impressed. The accommodations are nice and the staff is so attentive. One of our cats was not eating or drinking and the staff kept us continually updated on the matter, even sending pictures for the most detail. We felt so much care from them and would trust them if anything ever went wrong. Clearly, the staff loves the cats and we will certainly be continuing to use their services after our two stays."

"I boarded my cat Lukey when I went out of town for 12 days and it was the first time I booked him with Pet Palace, they took good care of him. I reserved a cat townhouse with a window view. They provided some treats and a litter box in his townhouse. I gave them his wet food, left his bed and toys while he stayed there. I called a few times to get an update and employees were friendly and attentive. I also scheduled a one on one playtime.I totally recommend it since Lukey enjoyed his stay there!!"
