Reviews of Kidz Kastle 24-HOUR Center
"This was my children first daycare provider kidz kastle in Fayetteville NC. This more then just a daycare they loved my children like family and years later they still remember my children. My girls learned alot and love Mrs Wright and her staff. I worked thrid shift and everyone knows it's hard as a single parent to kind honest and dependable daycare. No parent should have to go to work worrying about their children well being. This is an amazing learning experience for your children."
"DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD HERE!! The owner only cares about her money! She’s doesn’t know how to talk to parents, she’s very unprofessional and likes to YELL at others as if she is their mother. The teachers are ok. The owner husband is terrible at directing traffic in their tiny parking lot, he’s always rushing people to move as soon as you get off your car to bring your child to their class. You get notified last minute about any paper work that they need for your child (one day before it’s due) and if you don’t bring it when it’s due, they won’t take your child in. The owner is terrible at communicating. If you do decide to bring your child here and are going to pay the weekly fee, make sure you have the owner write it down in paper and it’s signed by you and her, because she will make up some random payment every week and will charge you “$10 a day for late payment if it’s not paid on Monday. She will literally make up some random payment weekly! I kid you not. Think about it twice before bringing your child here. I’m sure there’s better places out there."
"This school is amazing. Loving and educational environment, that will prepare your children for elementary school. Both of my sons have attended Kidz Castle. I highly recommend!"
"The owner and the staff is amazing! They take such good care of not only my baby, but the others as well. My oldest went here also and I've never had a complaint! Would definitely say this is one place I do trust with my kids."
"My experience at Kidz Kastle was very horrible. In the beginning when my son first started it was okay other than the fact that the sand on the playground is that orange wet looking dirt. Every day I would pick my son up from daycare he would be covered in dirt from head to toe. Even his hair would be covered in dirt. As soon as he would get in the car the dirt would get everywhere and this was an everyday thing. The kids his age group which range from five and up were always outside. Even one day I picked him up and it had rained earlier that day in the kids were out in the wet dirt. The raised my suspicion. That is when I decided to investigate further and from my understanding my son who is five told me that they are always outside that they were not allowed in the building after school. So at this point I begin to wonder about taking my son elsewhere but I decided to give it another try. The next incident that occurred is the center lost my son's change of clothes. I do not understand how that happens when you hand over your child’s clothes to the director and trust that they put your child's clothes in a safe place. This really upset me because I feel that it is because of lack of organization that they lost my son's clothes. Even at this point I was upset but being my son had become use to the daycare I did not want to take him out being he made friends and he takes transitions pretty tough. My final straw with the center was one day I parked a little crooked not much though due to the center being so close to the road a guy shouted out from his truck " hey lady you could have parked a little better" but it seem as if he said it in a jokingly way so I laughed it off of course. I proceeded in the center to pick up my son. On a everyday bases I always go through the front of the center to pick up my son and then go out of the side gate as an exit, which is what I do as well as many other parents. So I picked up my son as I proceeded to make it to the fence the same gentleman that yelled out of his truck to me approached me he stated" You parked really crooked how about straitening that out next time" He said it in a hostile way which bothered me but I just simply said "I’ll try to avoid any confrontation. As I walked to the fence he hops in front of me and pokes out his chest and tells me" Go around this is not an exit" I than said" well I’ve been going out this way every day and so do other parents. He then said" well like I said this isn’t' a exit so go around because I'm the owner. So I went around and he followed me close behind. To me this was blatant disrespect and rude as well as unprofessional. He seemed like a control freak. I hen stated to the director who is a woman this will be my son's last day! My biggest issue is I understand if he would have come to me in a nice manner and said something along the line of “Mam I am the owner of this daycare and if possible can you go to the front entrance because the side is not an entrance. This guy never once stated he was the owner so until after he disrespected me. From my perspective at first I just thought he was some random guy and to bo guard the gate and stand in front of me in that way should not be the behavior of an owner that wants to keep people in his establishment.Later found out his name was Mr, Wright. Well shame on you Mr. Wright! I feel this daycare is horrible and I will never in my life refer anyone to Kidz Kastle this is the worst experience I ever had. I hope anyone who reads this thinks twice before letting their child go to this center. I'm glad my husband is deployed because if not he probably would have wanted to deal with the guy. Thank God I am a Christian and I just walked away from the situation because it could have gotten ugly."
