"The groom itself was pretty good - 4/5 stars. However when I went to pick up my dog I was charged $75 versus $55. When asked why the change I was informed the prices on their website & quoted in my reservation for a 2 hour groom are actually for a sanitary trim despite the description, and also that the store doesn’t pay their groomers properly (1099). I also did not see my dog until after I paid and was offered a future discounted bath for the “confusion.” This type of bait and switch on pricing is deceptive at best and a poor business practice; inappropriately paying your staff is taking advantage of them as well as your customers. I will not be returning."

"I’ve been a member since 2022 when my Sheepadoodle was 4months old. With the membership, she receives a weekly bath that I easily schedule through their app. I can also schedule her grooming as needed. (Love Groomer Deb!) They are consistently accommodating, generous, and professional. I appreciate their timely and thorough communication. PetBar keeps her long coat beautiful and the white fur bright. She is very active playing, hiking, camping. They are also able to get all mats and grass out of her fur. We have young children and a busy schedule. Maintaining my dog’s coat isn’t a task I can handle in a regular basis. My dog was apprehensive receiving baths at first, but she is now comfortable. We love their private grooming rooms. Thankful they are here to service our doggie."
