"This place is absolutely horrible. Stripped my mother from all mental health medication after being on the 25 years. Now my mother has completely lost her mind and I call several times asking her dr for help or have her get me going in the right direction for state custody of my mother and I receive no help from her Dr Yvonne Rhoades! She a horrible Dr. almost killed my mother with a complete detox. My mother never a seizures until the detox started with a complete pull of meds not whining her off nothing just stop them. She’s patient neglectful and I would highly recommend searching further for a Dr that cares"

"When my previous GP left town, I thought I'd give this place a try a couple years ago. It's a tiny sweat-box overseen by a rude front desk, incompetent PA's, NP's & nurses (especially Holly) who needs to go back to school & learn how to read a manual BP machine & at least act like she cares you exist. She consistently gave me blood pressure numbers that were 50-60 points higher than they actually were with a digital unit taken at the same time. She's about as apathetic as any medical staffer I ever dealt with. The NP she works with (Shannon Hussey) has very limited knowledge of anything except freezing off a skin tag here and there and misguided me through a bout of Lyme's. The PA I saw prior to her (Erica D) was equally clueless about anything I asked her about & almost cost me $2,500 for a Genova food allergy test that I was never told wasn't covered by insurance. I had to fight tooth and nail & even contact the BBB in order to have the predatory charges waived. Additionally, they always sent a bill in the mail above what my copay was in order to squeeze more money out of me for no reason other than greed. Simply put, I was NEVER made to feel welcome at this practice and always left feeling judged, misdiagnosed & misunderstood. All I can say is if you're seeking quality health care, keep looking because these people Just. Don't. Care!"

"Very poor experience with Dr Victoria Hudson. I had an appointment with her 8/10/23 at 8:30 am I did arrive late by 15 minutes but explained to the receptionist that when I went to get in my car, I had a flat tire I had some one change it. I traveled from Longs, SC and I had to wait 9 months for this appointment. Sometimes things happen beyond our control. Dr Hudson refused to see me and said I had to reschedule. My time is just as valuable as hers. I am appalled by her treatment of me. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. SHAME ON YOU DR HUDSON!"

"The lab of Carolina health has no regard for time. Already 45 minutes after apptointment and just waiting to get blood taken. My husband diabetic. All I saw was 5 woman outside smoking cigarettes and bojangle breakfast brought in. This is horrible service. And disrespectful to patients who have fasted. I very concerned and disappointed. McLeod lab and service much better"

"The reviews of this practice are not 4-5 stars for good reason. Shannon Hussey NP is the worst caregiver I've seen in my 49 years. No bedside manner, was not open to or understanding of, my explicit requests for labs or decisions regarding my approach to my health. When I went in to get blood work done she ordered a completely different test than I requested, after which I never received test results. I did however get a phone call from a young lady that admonished me as if I were 12 years old and delivered a scolding that came from Shannon because my testosterone was too high. I did not want nor did I need a testosterone test but that's what she ordered, and so I had to pay after the fact. Subsequently, my lab results were never uploaded to the portal, and with no warning they dropped me as a patient. I received a letter in the mail that I had 30 days to find an another primary care doctor (that actually cared). I was never rude nor disrespectful to anyone there. However in my two visits there, I was never seen promptly and wait times were 30-45 minutes past my scheduled visit. My doctors in the past were always respectful of my personal health decisions. This was a disappointing first and perhaps you will have better luck at this practice."
