"Would leave 0 stars if I could. Took my puppy here for a grooming appointment (March 2023) by Paige. After about 3 hours, I was called to be informed that my puppy was “being aggressive trying to bite multiple times” and they couldn’t finish. When I picked him up, both the lady at the desk and the groomer seemed very nonchalant and engaged in minimum conversation. When I got home, I noticed blood on his front paw from a nail being clipped too short. I called back and was told all groomers were gone for the day. The manager called me back saying Paige said he went back into the clippers and it did bleed and they used quick stop. I asked why none of this wasn’t mentioned during pickup and I was told “the groomer may have forgotten.” If you want an honest, quality grooming experience, look elsewhere because this isn’t the place."
