Reviews of Bow Wow Boutique
"Zephrine Smith - I am compelled by your review, I am dedicating time out my evening to reply. Your review - constructive feedback to suggest curating a message that the global audience can articulate and comprehend easily, with less grammatical errors. Most smart phones offer this feature for free. To rant about a small business owner and in the demeanor you have presented yourself, reflects your persona as well. Yes, their business is very busy that is booked weeks in advance. That attests to the quality of service and loyal customers. As with any statistic, there will not be 100% satisfactory rating from everyone. Anomalies are expected. To that note, when a business owner contacts a customer and decides to part ways, that signifies justifiable means. One example can be the monetary gain is not valued to accept everyone’s energy. Yes, including yours. Let’s address a few highlights of your message: ⁃ The business owner notifying you is a courtesy if an employee is out. If you were accommodated last minute, being transparent should be valued. ⁃ 7:30a.m. calls for requests. Regular customers are aware the peak times are within an hour’s threshold. You give the impression of wanting a response immediately and not giving ample time to get back with you to discuss options. Your personal emergency is not theirs. As with most businesses, an offer to reach back out is requested. You exemplified no patience. ⁃ Again, transparency when provided status on the dogs being groomed. To understand the process of operations may not be your strong suit. ⁃ Let’s also note the accusations you have stated regarding neglect. Defamation of character, even for a business, can have ramifications. If I was Tiffany, contacting you would be futile. You are deliberate to address Tiffany by name yet intentionally calculated to ensure you do not mention the other business’s name. Anyone can exaggerate an experience. I am interested to await the business owner’s reply to illustrate your quixotic demeanor. Cheers!"
"My dog had express groom sch out ahead of time. The Owner called me the morning of at 7:30 am for an 8:00a.m appt. To tell me her bather is out and everything is going to behind sch. I really didn't understand why she she was telling me that. If it’s one groomer to a dog anyways even for express. So she said we can we reschedule, and I’m like when ? she says we’ll I’m book out for 2 weeks. I’m like that’s not going to work, it’s the week of Christmas and he needs to be groomed since he s cleared from surgery 2 weeks ago. So she said you can bring him later at 10:00 am. However, it may be a little longer of a wait. I drop him off at 9:55am and 3 hours later I called to see when’s he going to ready because I have somewhere to be at 2:30pm. Since you called me at 7:I 30 am to tell me your bather called out. The young lady that answer the phone said he’s the last one on the table for today and there still 3 more dogs ahead of him. I’m like how? I was asked for him to come in at 10:00am. So the young lady that answer the phone said hold on let me find out. So then the owner (Tiffany) comes on and said well I advised I didn’t know when. I said I’m coming to him, I have somewhere to be at 2:30pm. (Tiffany ) said he has had his bath and he was drying and I can cut his nails and grind them and do his sanitary area. I said fine when can you finish him up during the week? She said it will have to be after the holidays. I said I’m on my way and we hung up. I found her practices to unacceptable and not professional. I then got on the phone to call around to find another groomer. While on the way to pick up my yorkie, I found a groomer who can do him that Friday evening. When I arrived I was greeted by the young lady and she says I’ll be right back then Tiffany can out. Pass me my dog with no apologies and proceed to charge me $45 for not even an half behind slack grooming. Since I was on my phone with another groomer. Which by the way is very familiar with this groomer. I paid and left, when I got home my dog peed for almost a whole dang minute and drunk his water bowl emptied. Nobody in that grooming salon took him out or gave him any water.. This is horrible customer service, YOU NEVER LEAVE smalls dogs in any cages for HOURS without taking them out to use the bathroom and not have access to water. Especially one that just had surgery a few weeks prior. When he went to his new groomer that same week on Friday. They stated there is no way he had a bath. His ears are dirty and his fur is not that clean as a bath with actually water and his nails are not cut down properly. They believed she used wet rags on him and hurriedly dried him off and spray colon on him. They said dirt was coming off of him in the bath. Especially since his appt was on that Monday of that week and today is Friday. Then ask how much did she charge you, I said $45.00. There is no way she should have charge you that price for not doing anything and just keeping your dog in a cage for hours. I agreed and i was finally satisfied with his hair cut. They had him done in 1.5 hours for only $60.00. The reason there able to get a dog done is so little time is, there not taking in more dogs then they can handle per person for that all mighty dollar. Even if a person is out, they can manage because there not greedy. I was done with the old groomers until today. Tiffany calls me to tell me, she is going to be able to do my dog anymore. I proceeded to tell her everything she did wrong and how she’s is taking in to many dogs at one time. How she charge me for $45.00 for not doing anything but wasting my time and I had no intentions of bringing him back to her anyways. For what? not be able to use the bathroom and no access to water. I guarantee she uses the bathroom and she has access to something to drink. She is not a good business person and I will now be filing a complaint. She has no reason to contact me if anything you should has refunded and apologize for you slack business practices and try to better in 2024. Don’t blame the customer for your greed."
"Their way of scheduling makes it easy to plan for. Just drop your pup off and come back that afternoon. Full service grooming too. Not just a quick cut. They get all of the details too as well as a bath which included the best smelling shampoo"
"Thank you Bow Wow Boutique for treating Blade like a Prince! He at first was hesitant to go into the boutique and then he instantly made friends with the lovely ladies who work inside. As a puppy he spent the day getting to know the salon and everything he was going to be doing while he visits! He came out looking sharp and they did everything we wanted for his grooming! 100% recommend this place if you are local and have a pet! They took him in like he was their own and made him feel right at home & because it’s valentines weekend he came home a ladies man!!! :) can’t wait to go back!"
"Bow wow boutique treated my baby like one of their own. They were very patient with her since she can be aggressive towards men and since a man does their dog washing, she did very well. She smelled and looked wonderful! This will be our 'go to' place!"
