"This place needs better management. I got on the waitlist in April for beginning of November start. I was told it would be no issue. I called multiple times to follow up and never got a call back. I called end of October to follow up yet again and she acted like she had no idea who I was and couldn’t find my information in the system. Stated she would look at it and call me back. Never did. Never returned any of my calls. Don’t apply here if you’re actually looking to get childcare."

"Rumor is that this Kindercare in Raeford has had an employee that was under investigation for touching children inappropriately!!!! This employee is said to be returning to the establishment after being out on administrative leave for 6 months!!!!! This place is more concerned with keeping unqualified employees instead of the safety of your children!!!!"

"I do not recommend this specific kindercare. They have poor leadership, the director Theresia never does what she says she will do. Our child would cry every time we pulled into the daycare and saw her. He would not say good morning to her and she goes into classes yelling to pull kids out. Kind of hard to drop off your child when this grown woman is yelling. She does not take care of any concerns. Worst daycare ever! Always understaffed. Teacher to child ratio is always off."

"Our experience with this center was very bad. Just by telling you that they called my husband to tell him that he had to pick up our son because he wanted to leave the classrooms and they did not have the staff to keep an eye on him. As soon as I picked him up and we were home, they put into the system that he had eaten most of his lunch and that he had gone to the bathroom when he was next to me in our home at that time. He would definitely advise all parents to keep an eye on their children, they put the same on everyone's system whether they eat or not eat, sleep or not sleep, go to the bathroom or not and so on."

"This is a great establishment! I’m not sure why any negative review is up here especially to any teacher that was included in a negative review. Both teachers are amazing teachers and those children absolutely love both of those teachers! I always feel comfortable dropping my children off because I know they are in good hands while I am at work. To know these teachers would be to love them! The director, Theresia along with District Leader, Chris are both amazing and do a great job fixing any concern I may have. I will say the young lady that made the negative comment about those teachers and the establishment has been unemployed from that establishment for months now and I have made multiple complaints in reference to her negative attitude, how she talks to the children, her demeanor, etc. I highly recommend this establishment!"
