"Avoid this place. Purchased a grandfather shirt for Christmas and traveled over an hour to exchange it for identical item in a different size. woman said she didn't know how to do it, and to come back next day. I insisted she call the manager who told me that it was past the. Exchange date - even though in an earlier call I was told I could exchange for different size any time. Then the cashier made the ludicrous assertion it's was in unacceptable condition, ( lt was still in the original packaging with all tags intact, the entire time and only slightly wrinkled from when they shipped it) They wanted me to make another 2+ hr round trip to discuss it next day. Avoid this store. Many of their items are available on Amazon, at the same or lower pricing. You don't have to deal with incompetent management and cashiers."
