"This center is very family oriented, when my daughter goes I feel as if I am dropping her off to a relative. For this being my first child and being a first time mother Ms.Kim (the director) gave me great reassurance to know my child was in great hands . She is the best ! In December it’ll be two years since my child has been going and I wouldn’t want her anywhere else . The staff are awesome , very clean as well as they make me feel safe and good with COVID precautions they take which is always a plus ! Thank you Heavenly Havens on RoseHill rd you guys are amazing !"
"My baby attends the pre k program here and I am very impressed with the quality of education she is receiving from her teacher Mrs.Eneida Sanchez and her assistant Mrs.Perry. The daycare director, Mrs V has been a pleasure dealing with. I'm thankful for my daughter having an opportunity to attend."
"I have been a stay at home mom and decided to start my son in daycare. This center makes me feel very comfortable leaving him each day. They are very friendly and I feel my son gets the best care hands down. Thank you for all your hard work! "
"My son was always being accused of hitting other children for no reason. I would come pick him up and he would immediately run to me and start walking towards the exit. Since my son has a speech impediment, he can't tell me exactly what was going on but a mother knows. The workers are nice but it not enough of them. I would just come in and watch from a distance how one person would be watching about 20 kids outside on the playground. My son is affectionate and requires a little more attention than they could provide. I'm currently looking for a new daycare or babysitter."
"Worst place ever!! Yes the place is clean and looks nice but the staff is horrible. One time i was charged $150.00 because i was 5min late. Everyday the director would have something bad to say about my son. I found myself rushing in and out to avoid being stopped. I missed alot of work because they would call me for every little thing. One time she made me keep my son out of the center for a week in a half because he ate something that day and he had one lose stool, i took him to the doctor and he was fine! I would find my kids in different outfits everyday when i picked them up because they claimed that the urine and bowel movements went through. After hearing my kids cry every morning because they hated school and the stress i was going through with the director i just prayed for a sign. That week i received a private call explaning to me that my son who was only 2 was being neglected. They told me that they would not take him to the bathroom while being in the 3 year old room and also he would miss events such as birthdays and etc, because he was in the corner. So he watched the other kids eat cake and play. When confronting the dirctor about the problems the next day before work she stop me at the door and told me i can not leave my kids at the center and i would have to take them home with me. That was my final straw with her and the center. I moved my kids somewhere else and that week after the move, my son has been out of pull-ups and is completely potty trained! My kids love the new daycare and there is no more crying while dropping them off and during christmas break my son keept asking when is he going back. Please do not put your kids in this place. The director is evil and so are the teachers in the 3 year old classroom. Please look somewhere else and i hope everything turns out ok. I would never want another child and parent to experience this."
