"The worse childcare center I have ever encountered. My child’s progress was stifled while attending this place because all they do is ignore and gossip about the kids. I have even witnessed a member of the staff yelling at a child. There have been moments when the fumes of dirty diapers would greet you when opening the door. My child would verbally shut down when arriving to the building and when I made attempts to speak to the director, he/she was always late, no show, or would quit altogether. No one knows who is in charge and true supervision is nonexistent. They do not provide updates and when asked about my child’s overall day, I would receive a response like “good”. The “cook” at the location also watches the kids and I don’t believe that she is certified to do so. The kids do not get their diapers changed frequently. I have received my child with a dirty diaper or the staff would try to change your child during sign out to give the impression that they have been taking proper care of them. My child despised being there. I don’t usually write reviews but I cannot rest if I don’t share the truth about this place. I would not take the services if they were free. I fear that my child’s experience there has created minor behavioral challenges to my child’s development. Do not subject yourself or your child to the unethical practices that this place is founded on."
"This is the most unprofessional business around, had a interview they scheduled for 9am. I showed up at 9am was told the director wasn't there but would be I shortly. 930 no director so I left. And it smelled like hot garbage and diapers. This is the reason black businesses get such a bad rap."
"I came across this center and saw that Director and two other teacher sitting there outside not having supervision for the kids will not take my kids there at all very unprofessional behavior and there’s a lot of kids outside while adults are sitting there and talking to each other and not facing the kids or watching them"
"This center is in a nice buulding but i did not sense Quality care. I smelled the dirty diapers from the parking lot and staff was very unprofessional. No wonder there is an opening for both Director and Assistant Director. No Thank You!"
