"Please do not send your child to this place. My child was attending this school for 4 months. I was told on last Friday that my child can only attend between the hours 8AM to 12PM. I was told that because they said my child refuses to take naps. I told Mrs. Sandra that time frame will not work with my schedule. She goes to tell me, my child can no longer attend school. I informed her my child didn’t take naps in the enrollment packet. On that Friday when my child was picked up Mrs. Sandra and the teacher woke my child up from a nap. This place is so unprofessional and inconsiderate of others."
"My child has been here for months and we love all of the sweet staff and environment! They treat us like family and I love being able to check on my kiddo on the camera throughout the day! Best Daycare we’ve been to!"
"I am the caregiver for my nephew and this place is not a good fit whatsoever. All you get is the runaround from Sandra - someone who comes across as caring and professional but is quite the opposite. Research other environments for your kids. This place looks and feels like a dungeon."
"Where do I start? After touring multiple daycares I was excited about this one. When we initially toured they told us space would be available in a month…well that was May 2023. After calling repeatedly they finally tell me there’s space available in the 3 year old class. YAY! My son has never been to daycare so we’re excited.right?! I should’ve just taken them not having space initially as a sign. Fast forward my son finally has his first day today. Keep in mind he’s never been to daycare and this is something I advised them of prior. I drop him off at 7:00 am, they have him and a handful of other kids in an early morning class until their teachers get there. They tell me he won’t be in there long because his teacher would be there soon and he’ll go to his actual class. GREAT. So as I’m leaving I inquire about my login information for the camera system since I was never informed on how to sign in and that was one of the main reasons I selected this school only to be told I should have received it already and Sandra would send it once she got in. Well 8:08 am Sandra calls me to tell me my son wouldn’t stay in the classroom and she has him in her office so I would need to pick him up. Okay no problem, I figured the first day would be rough as it’s an adjustment. He’s 3 years old and in a new environment with new people. I get to the school to learn my passcode hasn’t even been programmed into the door so I’m standing in the front of the school and no one is in office which is strange considering Sandra just said 5 minutes prior that her and my son were in the office. Another parent ends up opening the door and at this point I’m looking around for my child that was supposed to be in the office. I walk down the hall and see he’s in the 3 year old classroom quietly playing at the table. Getting a chance to speak with the teacher she agrees it’s an adjustment for him however she had no problems and he was content sitting playing with the other children. So I’m standing there confused because the teacher is saying it’s okay for him to stay if I’d like him to stay but the director Sandra called for me to pick him up. Well then walks in Sandra saying my child was not a good fit due to him trying to leave out the classroom. I’m confused because he’s a toddler and I’m trusting professionals with my child who should know how to redirect a child’s attention and be able to engage and make him comfortable. I applaud his almost teacher as she was really the best part of our hour long experience today. If having a slightly rough first HOUR of school is premise to kick a child from daycare then this is not the environment my child needed to be in anyway."
"If I could I would give negative stars, my son attended there for maybe 2 months. He started showing some behavior issues and I seeked help with his doctors. I informed them that he was starting OT therapy and getting tested for ADHD, well 2 days later they decided that my son was no longer a fit for the school cause of some behavior issues. After telling them that he is getting the help he needs they kicked him out gave me 2 weeks to find other arrangements. The following day I went to pick my son up from there they changed their minds due to the fact that they can not legally kick my son out for his behavior issues cause I am getting him help. They are so unprofessional, I have gotten many phone calls and can hear my son crying and screaming they have even yelled at him with me on the phone. Everytime I have picked my son up if he was having behavior problems he was isolated by himself, which they are not allowed to do. It got to the point my son would tell me he didn't wanna go and he would scream and cry everytime I would drop him off. This was by far the worse daycare my son has been too and I would not recommend them to anyone."
