"The office staff sucks from receptionist to the office manager no regards for people health at all!! Find a different place to go they are to expensive to be so unprofessional"
"What a waste of time today. Always expect for an appointment here to take up to 3 hours within wait time after checkin and after vitals waiting for Dr. Ejeh. I feel bad for the great staff that have to deal with this narcissistic Dr. My aunt and I have had the last straw. I translate for my aunt in spanish on her medical appointments, have been doing so for 4 years now, she has a lot of medication because as soon as something gets better, another gets worse. He implied over and over that she is lying about taking her medication as if she is not seeking her own well-being and wants someone to be present when she takes her medication. Brought a spanish speaking nurse in, I don’t know for what reason and talked down on me saying he went to school for this since 1989. I told him I never doubted his degree, but continued to go on about a log she should fill out within the next two weeks and come back to evaluate if she needs more medication . Right then and there I looked at the hispanic nurse which happens to be a checkout nurse as well and told her that followup appointment will not be necessary. She had to apologize on his egotistical behalf. Currently searching for a different cardiologist because I’ve had enough of this Dr. and it has been coming for a long time."
"After being rescheduled multiple times and once I came for my visit and the Dr. was at the hospital for an emergency so I was yet again rescheduled. Horrible customer service and bed side manner. My current visit is to read results of previous visits ecg and etc. My appointment time was 8:30 and it is now 10:07. Smh I will not be returning to this Dr."
"The experience was awesome ! I love my new doctor at Cumberland Cardiology. She listen to my problems and was very understandable! I would recommend this doctor ! I was nervous because of the past reviews, but I was satisfied!! Front Desk was very nice and very helpful! They took care of me in a good timeframe."
"I would like to begin with suggestions. Place a small bell at the door that rings at the reception desk. Most people realize reception might be taking a call or providing assistance this will inform them that there is some one waiting at the door. Provide a chair at the door with a sign letting patients know some one will be with them shortly to take a temp and ask covid questions during pandemic. The chair allows patients to sit and relax if they have conditions that cause stress standing for periods of time. Reception at the door provided by. . was very professional. I was greeted and confirmed as having an appointment. The same receptionist informed that the text received confirmed my appointment and that I would be brought back shortly. Fairly quickly after arriving I was escorted by a gentleman who showed me to a room where my weight and B.P. was taken. I think introducing himself in the process simply with a first or last last name provides a very receiving touch to the process vs here some one is simply taking my vitals. After my vitals I was escorted to a room where there was a Context Media Health tablet which allowed me to watch videos while I waited. I consider this a nice touch. I would add that the person escorting to the Dr. Office inform the patient of its use and place either a small bottle of hand sanitizer on a table / basket attached to the pole of the tablet stand or on the wall near it. After an inspection of my surroundings I noticed a no cell phone sign posted which read No Cell Phones In This Area Thank You I was slightly puzzled due to the fact that I was sure if it was in the room or outside the room? I really don't recall seeing one before coming in. After a 10 min wait my doctor entered and began a pleasant visit. Overall Receptionist that sits to the left as you walk in : 5 rating Escort: 4 rating Dr. : 4.5"
