"The SUPERVISOR (Antoine) tonight was on the floor handling food with a torn glove and a long fingernail hanging out. Absolutely disgusting. For a supervisor he was easily had the poorest attitude and the lowest work ethic. The other employees were in there hustling and more than accommodating. **Shoutout to Sarah for the positive attitude and actually looking for my shake and getting it to me immediately!**"

"We have used this location since it opened. At first they were on top of everything. Now? Not at all! Trying to pick up a drive thru order apparently takes an act of God. And delivery? Forget it! You never, ever get all of your items. The last time we ordered our order just vanished! I'd much rather drive across town at this point, if I get a craving for those sweet, sweet frozen lemonades!"

"Sat in the drive through for 20 minutes waiting on an order that I placed in advance. My food was ready and just sitting there and I had to say "excuse me" into the open drive through window for anyone to acknowledge me 7 minutes into getting to the actual window."

"The first time I visited this location, I waited an hour for my food, but I chalked it up to being a new place with new staff. I waited about three or four months before I came back again, I ordered a simple hotdog and cheese sticks on the app, I drove there, sat in line for over 40 minutes, and when I finally got thru the drive-through window, I saw my bag sitting there. Initially, I thought it would just be handed my order quickly and I could finally get home and eat. Unfortunately, I waited 15 minutes for someone to even approach the drive-through window, and when they finally did, I informed the person that my order was sitting directly behind them and told her my name. She looked behind her and said, OK, and then walked away, and did not come back. Finally, a new person came up (10 minutes later) and asked what I was waiting on, I (again) told her my food was directly behind her, and I would really appreciate it if someone could hand it to me. She apologize for the initial employee, not handing it to me before hand and sent me on my way. Of course by the time I got my order it was , cold the bun was soggy (because who know how long it was sitting there) and the items I paid EXTRA for to be added to my hot dog were not there, but I just accepted my fate and left because I did not have the patience to wait any longer. This is the absolute worst service I have ever experienced at any sheets. I love this chain and think the food is pretty solid, but something about the store is not running right. I am a bartender and frequently look for places to grab food late at night on my way home, but I guess I will be sticking with McDonald’s and Taco Bell because I will not return to this Sheetz ever again."
