"I absolutely love this daycare. We had a not so nice experience at our past daycare. During our tour I expressed my concerns to Ms. Jessica, she listened, was honest with me and gave me suggestions. It was comfort knowing that she listened and heard my concerns once we enrolled. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and professional. What I like the most is both the director’s Ms. Crystal and Ms. Jessica are engaged with the students. I recommend Primary Beginnings on Spring Forest road."

"I got a tour yesterday with Jessica, and I gotta say it's nothing like other daycares. This place was very clean and organized, the staff was great with both parents and children. Definitely looking forward to enrolling my child this spring!"

"I did a tour with Jessica two weeks ago, and was rushed the entire time. I did all the talking and mentioned things that she should've presented such as the circullium, the daily schedule, activities and so on. My main question was if I could sit around for my daughter's first day and that first week. I was told today 8/25/2023 that I had to wash my child's hand, hang up her bookbag, and leave. Are you kidding me right now ??? I was never able to speak with the director herself to get a confirmation because she claimed she was soooo busy. She sent the message through Jessica to give to me. This is all so pathetic that I would have to drop my daughter off to strangers without getting to know the teachers, students, or just the facility within itself. No way my daughter will ever come to this daycare, no way !!!!! Hopefully, the Director can take the time out to read my review since you can't speak to me herself about questions that I have. Jessica, you really need to be trained over and over again because you make me as a parent feel not important in your presenc"

"I love love love this school. I had 2 boys that went there and they always told me good stories. My oldest has done a complete 360 since he been there with behavior and him knowing how to use the potty all by himself he is a pro thanks to primary. The teachers are VERY understanding everybody that work there is so nice and fun! and understanding. I was sad I had to take my babies out but I can give a double 5star to primary and I will truly miss them . Thank y'all for y'all help and understanding."
