"Loose communication between staffs. Most of them did not really know what’s going on and did not provide any updates other than ask us to wait. Doctors are professional but they did not provide “EMERGENCY “ service in a timely manner. It took us 4 hours to finally get an ultrasound and it’s in a different part of the hospital while they have radiation rooms right in the ER. We appreciate the sergeant that took care of my son’s problem, she knows what she’s doing. But the process of loose communication and not caring about how patient and family feels is absolutely unpleasant and I can not recommend this emergency facility unfortunately."

"Joke; I literally sat I know excruciating pain all night, pushing the button several time without a answer, my femur; tib and fib are snapped off and they are treating me ridiculous with minimal pain meds, was supposed to get surgery today and now they are saying it may be tomorrow so I have to sit here for another 24 in excruciating pain and hopefully don’t die due to my femur…. Just wanted to mention I’ve been hung up on several times while using the button that nobody comes to help, i brake a bone a year in my profession and in 36 years this is the worst experience I’ve ever had… seriously so unbelievable."

"The absolute WORST hospital experience ever. One of the worse experiences of my life. Smh I literally spent hours in the waiting room and there was only a few patients in whole building. All the staff just standing around giggling. These people had nothing positive to tell. Staff is super unprofessional. If you care about your health please choose any other hospital."
