Atrium has the WORST WEBSITE I contacted my Primary Care Doctor Dr Kimmerle, through My Atrium I did not receive a message until 5:01pm that evening from Selby NC, I live in Indian Land SC. The phone call comes in Unidentified. When I called back, three times giving my name date of birth they Have no Clue !! their response is your not in our System. On top of that I was blocked on My Atrium's website , I was unable to communicate with my primary care doctor. They give me a number to contact Technical Support I am sick and I have to call technical support. Get with the Program Atrium you are dealing with People's Lives."

"These guys are a scam... In 2020, when everyone was all freaked out by Covid and told to stay home, they recommended people to not go into the office... So what did I do? I called about needing a normal refill. Well, I ended up getting charged for that phone call, and insurance wouldn't cover it because it was a phone call... I tried disputing it, next thing I know, I got send to collections. For $150!!! If I had gone in, it would have costed $25... The medical industry profited from all angles during Covid, it's absolutely disgusting.... Then on top of that, they proceeded to have collections reach out to me for an additional $1 from 2018. $1!!!!! They say to use the MyAtriumHealth portal for billing, but they then go around on the side and send things to collections... like a charge for $1!!! Beware of the billing with this office.... Next thing I know, I'll be getting another bill for 2015 from them.... What a great Christmas gift...."

"Patient care is put below centralized systems and messaging. You cannot get ahold of a doctor when anything goes wrong. You're fed to a centralized call center and told to wait a business day or send a message via myatrium and wait 2 business days both of which timelines are not met. How can anyone who has a prescription or non emergent but serious issue expect care when you can't get ahold of your own doctors office."
