"My mother kindly purchased me a very nice handbag as a gift. It’s great quality, but ultimately I decided to return it. It’s within a week of purchase, I have the receipt, tags on, in original bag. The store manager refused to accept the return without original payment…. Which is impossible, it’s a gift and my mom is out of town. She offered to be on the phone and confirm her credit card info, but management refused and was very rude and unhelpful. Will never shop this brand again."

"Recently bought a feather blazer, the day I bought it I couldn’t try it on went home and decided it wasn’t flattering on me. I tried to return it on a Saturday. One of the sales reps was very rude, she was blond. She stated that per policy people can not return on weekends in store. I stated I work Monday-Friday how could I return anything in a weekday. I went online to see the policy and it’s completely made up. She said it was because it’s too busy but there were 2 associates standing 3 other reps assisting. All they care about is making their commission. I would suggest to just buy online easier returns or replacements. It’s way better than dealing with rude people that talk down to customers. To top it off the tone of voice was extremely demeaning as if I was less than her. To think I’m a nurse practitioner. Anyhow, just shop online or not at all at that store. Horrible costumer service. Just to add to the review I finally was able to make a return. The guy that made the return for me was super rude ask me why I didn’t return at south point since that’s where I got it. I was shopping with my children at south point that weekend and I happen to buy it there! Crabtree is closer to my home to make the return! Why do I even have to explain myself! I never used the dress. I simply didn’t like how it looked on me! Like why do they have to treat people like that just for a return! They are not even a high end brand! Unbelievable never shopping there again."

"Purchased a bag two days with Caleb Trentham (store manager). Today when seeing my bag I come to notice there were some scratches in the bottom of the bag. They have sold me a display bag! I called the store immediately and spoke to sales supervisor,Emilia Ala- Mattinen, to see if they can provide me a new bag or a refund. She said to come in the store to see what she can do. When i went to the store she looked at the bag and said sorry cant do nothing, im like can you atleast give me a new bag she said no we have none ARE YOUR KIDDING ME? I got this bag 2 days ago and nothing can be done.I asked for a refund she said no can’t do that. The bag that was sold to me like that with scratches. Is this how yall treat your customer?? How unprofessional. Its disgusting."

"My aunt bought this beautiful watch for me in December 2022. Taylor was our sales rep. She was patient while we were picking which styles I wanted. Some links needed to be removed. Unfortunately the links never made it to my bag and when I realized it was missing, 2 days have gone by. I called the store, spoke to Taylor and she told me the links were accidentally thrown away. Caleb, the store supervisor, said he'll take care of getting my links back somehow. I called back 2 weeks later to follow up, spoke to Emilia Ala-Mattinen and she said she had found my links! We coordinated a day for me to pick them up."
