"What a terrific spot to buy and sample wines. The customer service is always top notch, the store is spotless, and they have great deals and a Lovely selection. Meet a friend there and stay awile or drop in for a sample and chat with the friendly staff."
"Gentlemen is fairly knowledgeable. A little judgemental based on my looks. But over all once I started getting what I like trying to see what he knew he relaxed. Needs more training but on the right track."
"These guys did the research to find great, under priced wines and sell them. Not a large selection, but definitely a quality selection. Typical wine is $10-20. You can't go wrong with a wine from them. Wine taste varies per person, so ask their informed staff for a wine to your taste."
"Stopped in to pick up a bottle of bubbly, and was pleasantly surprised by the low-key atmosphere and efforts from the staff to make the wines accessible. You can buy inexpensive samples of a variety of wine (free tastings Thursday night!) to get a feel for what suits your palate, and the staff are knowledgeable but not intimidating or condescending in helping you find suitable wine. Speaking of which--average bottle costs around $12, per said staff, with most falling in the $9-15 range. Despite slick modern branding and ambience, this is clearly intended as an entree to the world of wine for the novice, and at a relatively good price. Will be back, pleasantly surprised to say the least. Had never gone in before because it looked like so many bottle shops where I'd be sneered at for buying wine that was already pricey to me but evidently in very poor taste. This is kind of the opposite of that. Good for you, winestore. Good for you."
