"I really like this store and I bring my doodle here for grooming. They do a good job, but it just takes unnecessarily long. It’s just kind of hard to make plans for your day if it takes 5+ hours. My dog was dropped off around 9:30 AM and was not ready until 7:00 PM. I’m not sure why it took so long."

"Finally! A pet store in Raeford! They have most everything you could need for most pets. Groom salon is wonderfully staffed and reasonably priced. Even offering $12 walk in nail trims! All kind of animals up for adoption AND they take 10% off your purchase if you donate through them to the animal shelter/rescue they’ve partnered with. Customer service was phenomenal I was greeted at the door and had a real conversation with the team member. They helped me find exactly what I needed for my dog and gave me useful tips on the products we picked. My dogs love coming with me for the free treat samples and attention the staff gives them! I love that they have a buy 10 get 1 free on the dog/cat food bags. We love it here and you will, too!"
