Grandma's Kidz

"I toured this Daycare in January 2023, we were expecting out first July who was due in July of 2023 and wanted to get a head start on finding a Daycare because we were aware of the waitlists. I spoke to this daycare and had indicated that I needed a spot by October/November 2023, and upon meeting with them, they had stated that this would not be a problem and it was great that we were being so proactive. Well, July 2023 came around and our child was born, and literally the next day my husband called Grandmas Kidz to confirm our spot was still secure for October/November and they responded with no, they now did not have openings until March. Obviously we questioned this and said our names were on the waitlist and had been on the waitlist for over 7 months. To say I was extremely disappointed in this business is an understatement. A few days later I received a phone call now telling me the waitlist was up until May. It honestly sounds like this place just gives parents excuse after excuse and you are never removed off the waitlist. I am sure they are a great Daycare, but as far as business policies and ethics, this place needs a lesson on better business practices on how to handle the waitlist. Moral of the story, if you are even thinking about having a kid, go ahead and put your name on the waitlist now."

"Both of our children attend Grandma's Kidz. When we were initially looking for child care, we were shocked by the number of daycare centers in the area that felt too business like. The VERY FIRST thing I loved about Grandma's Kidz is how homey the daycare feels. Many of the teachers have been here for a long time and I LOVE that all of the teachers know ALL of the kids, regardless of the level they teach. My kids are always excited to go, have made friends, and adore their teachers. We haven't had one teacher that we haven't been happy with, and it's so great to know the people taking care of my children while I am at work love them and treat them as if they are their own. They keep us well updated. Since they are a home grown place, the technology they use isn't the fanciest, but that doesn't hinder how they take care of my kiddos. I actually appreciate that they protect the privacy of our children and the other children. After being a parent with a child there for several years, I feel like this place is home. Be understanding of reviews. Many people will have one bad experience and post a scathing review in hopes of scaring off other potential parents. Take those with a grain of salt. No place is 100% perfect, everywhere has flaws, but honestly, I can't think of one bad experience that we have had here. Grandma's Kidz is a huge family and the way they love and take care of my kids is just unbelievable. Everyone just pours so much into our kids and my kids have grown SO MUCH here. This is definitely a place you need to check out if you're looking for childcare for your little ones."

"None the less this daycare is hands down one of the best child care facilities I have ever toured. My brother mom and I toured this facility 9 months ago for my niece and we absolutely got the best experience!! My niece loves going to daycare every morning and adores her two teachers. Soon she’ll be in the 4 year old room and she’s happy to be in the big kids classroom! Thanks to the wonderful staff and Director for all the love, care, and learning experiences you have given her. "My son and daughter attend this daycare and they have been helped in the most greatest way. My kids were helped being potty trained and learned so much from each teacher. They have been there since infants and will now be going to kindergarten. Thank you to the amazing staff for all the help. You guys are wonderful!!! 10/10 would recommend!"

"My son has been attending since he was 1.. he is 5 and will graduate to Kindergarten from here. They took such good care of him, helped potty train… He is always excited and loves to tell me what they talked about.. I actually referred my 5 year old niece, she is also enrolled at Grandmas Kids and they really helped her become so much more social. We are sad that this our last summer before my son goes to Kindergarten. Definitely recommend !"
