"My first ever experience with a Walgreens pharmacy is medication with an expiration date of APRIL 2023. I spoke with Hillary at the pharmacy and was told that Pfizer extended the date of the medication until FEBRUARY 2024, and she couldn't distribute more until after that time. But no one expressed or explained that to me at the pharmacy. WHY NOT MAKE THE CUSTOMER AWARE?!!"

"I talked to Nay (Nae?) from the pharmacy this morning and she was so helpful in getting my RX together. She took her time, found relevant coupons, and sounded like she wanted to help me get my medications. Thank you for helping make my morning easier! Edit: NEVERMIND. I’m sure Nae is still a great employee. This pharmacy has messed up every single RX since I made this review. It’s either not ready when I get there or was never ordered in the first place. Unreliable and a waste of time. Also, the ATM doesn’t work inside."

"I Love this pharmacy! everyone so friendly! although they get busy and often have lines, there real efficient. I feel like" Cheers" when I walk in "everyone knows my name". Its always a warm feeling every time I'm there."

"There’s a gentleman with glasses that works in this pharmacy, I think his name is Ruben. Every time I pick up a prescription he is incredibly helpful. More recently the drive-thru was backed up with customers in line in the store as well but he still made time, while working both lines, to quickly recommend I drink a lot of water with a prescription as I was walking away without me asking. I’m very impressed by the way his customer service is never compromised by the volume of people waiting in line. I hope Ruben is his name, but these 5 stars go to him!"

"I had a great experience at Walgreens on 9/03/2023. I visited the store because I purchased a gift card as a gift but was told the card did not work. I went to the store and spoke to an associate named Liz. She was very helpful and patient in assisting me. She searched their records for my receipt and present it to me. She also remained with me as I spoke to a representative with Vanilla Gift Card. She provided additional information and tips when purchasing cards such as checking numbers to ensure they match before reloading a gift card. While this may seem insignificant or "common sense" to some, I never thought that I would need to check the number on that packaging with the "tiny" numbers that appear on the back of the gift card. I appreciate being educated on this and will use this information at any establishment that sells gift cards. Thanks Liz for demonstrating the true meaning of great customer service."
