"Have been trying to call since 11. Automated messge has been sayin they are closed for lunch since. I find it very hard to believe there is a 3 hour lunch window."

"Every person who works their are beautiful, amazing, and wonderful people. My grandson is always smiling, no matter how sick he is, when we leave from there .They always make you feel special and cared about, by taking their time, asking questions, and truly listening to you, they can rule out what is ailing you. Also if you have every been into their exam rooms they are amazing and makes a child feel if comfortable. I appreciate all they do."

"My daughter turned 3 today and had a 9:45 appointment, we showed 10-15 minutes early. We were shown a room then left there for 45mins, no one checked on us, I looked around there was hair all on the exam bed, no paper...gross. I then notice there wasn't a trash can... Total time there 1 hour still no doctor or nurse, just a dirty exam room. Why schedule an appointment if you can't keep it? Obviously, our time wasn't important to them."

"I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Baxter, Shannon and the entire staff at Cedar Creek. Dr. Baxter was my pediatrician when I was little so when I became a mom I knew I wanted them to have the same amazing pediatrician. The entire staff has always made us feel like family. They aren’t just invested in your child’s health but in your child as a whole. Dr. Baxter has always gone above and beyond for our boys. On occasion when my boys have been sick and seen in the office she has personally called to check in on how they were doing well past normal office hours. Simply put Dr. Baxter, Shannon and the entire staff at Cedar Creek are the gold standard in pediatric care."

"When we moved to the area 5 years ago Layla was 3 she had multiple issues since birth. I prayed we would find great peds doctor & staff to be able to keep us healthy and grow successfully. I hit the pot of gold with Cedar Creek Pediatric office. Dr. Lori A Baxter has been wonderful to us & her staff goes above & beyond to help children. They take their time & LISTEN to you about your child's medical concerns. My child's health is in good hands from doctors to the staff they make your child feel loved."
