I literally go in there ask him a couple questions and he won’t get off his phone for two minutes. Then he rings the stuff up. I put my number in and have to stand there another couple minutes cause he still on his phone ridiculous"

"3 stars may be stretching it s bit, but all the other reviews are correct in saying that the staff are always messing around and not working. All thru really need to sell in this store are blunt wraps, cigarettes, malt liquor and chicken wings... That's all that I've ever seen purchased/delivered from there."

"Went in to buy something and the cashier was on her phone the entire time complaining to some guy about her kid. I asked her how much the total for my stuff and she rudely said to me that she hasn’t even rung it up yet. Never again will I visit this store. And no, I will not reach out to 7-Eleven because they will do absolutely nothing about it."

"Highly disappointed with the knowledge of the customer service representatives on duty during my visit on 11/22/2021. This was the cheapest gas at a Exxon within a 30 mile radius. It just so also happened to be Double Points day for Exxon Loyalty Customers who purchased snacks inside and gas for that day only. I was Door dashing in the close area and stopped for what was supposed to have been a smooth and convenient experience at one of my favorite ⛽ station brands. It was a utter failure. My phone was ok 6% and 1 of the associates was green thumb new in comparison to the other in duty, but admittedly neither of them knew how to work the Exxon system from inside the store. I had amassed a ticket of about 50$ - 60$ I'm snacks and fuel, but due to the lack of knowledge from the onsite representatives was not able to fully enjoy the grandeur of this days perks and benefits. In closing I simply walked out of the store and by passed human interaction by purchasing my gas at the pump ( this was not intention to do so, so I missed out on valuable points due to not purchasing the snacks. )"

"I stop in this gas station almost daily, manager is real nice as well as most of his staff. But there is one team member that goes above the call of customer service duty, I do not remember her name but she always knows what I come in for and always shoots me a very pretty smile while I am checking out. I have already expressed that she deserves a raise ;)."
