"They used to be much better. But recently had 2 last minute (same day) cancellations happen within a month. I had set a grooming appointment for my dogs and they ended up canceling with no prior notice. This is the second time they’ve canceled in a period of 30 days."

"I will never take my dog back there again. We have had several pets there and never had a problem until recently. My poor dog is itching to death. Made an appointment, took him in. He has never nor was he today been aggressive towards them. However the nurse barely came in the room, acted scared, made us mussel him then the vet refused to look or treat him because the dog was now scared and picking up on the nurses anxiety. So they sent him home miserable with no treatment."

"I took my Havanese here today and this is truly the final time I will bring my dog to this location. The groomer did a horrible job with my dog’s face and body. The area around the mouth is completely uneven with one side longer than the other. His entire body is cut uneven as well. I was going to go back and have them fix it as soon as I noticed it but why bother? The customer service is decent but the grooming has always been inconsistent, there have been cuts on the ears and I’ve never left PetSmart thoroughly satisfied. This location is definitely a hard pass."
