"I have always shopped the CVS at 3625 S College. This has been my CVS for years unfortunately it has gone downhill now for close to the last couple of years. I am astonished that they don’t keep up with their inventory issues. I doubt they have anyone refilling shelves! I really am shocked at the empty shelves on so many items. Who is in charge of reordering? It’s a shame that I have to go to other CVS stores further away from where I live to buy the items that this store fails to reorder and restock. And CVS corporate isn’t doing anything to correct the problem. I have spoken with managers at other CVS stores and they all acknowledge this store is not managed properly and hasn’t been for awhile! Please CVS can you get a management team in there to make this store a decent shopping experience."
"I was fired after working here for almost a year because numerous customers complimented me on my customer service. Once I told upper management of the recent complement I received, they suspended me and refused to respond to my calls after suspension was over to come back to work. Every time I called they would either ignore the phone call or just pick up the call and immediately hang up on me with out even saying hello. Cruelty to the max is the treatment I’ve received from working at CVS."
"I went to buy a product at this place and I couldn't find the product I was looking for, I asked a girl named Sydney “who was the only worker there” if she could help me find the product I was looking for. I was unable to find a similar one that would work for me, she rudely replied "if it's not there, we don't have it, I'm sorry." I was surprised by the way she responded and how unprofessional she was by showing little interest in helping me, but I didn't pay much attention to her, I proceeded to try to manage by myself and then I headed to the cashier. I was a little anxious because I felt uncomfortable in that place because of the bad service that this girl had given me. Anyways with my fingers I was making a small sound on the table almost inaudible , this girl very rudely asked me to stop making that sound to which I replied “ what’s your problem?” Like why is she so rude to customers? And she answers me “I just asked you to be quiet it's not that difficult” then I told her that I am going to call to complain about what happened. She then started yelling at me and grabbing her name tag, showing her name, yelling at me, and telling me that her name was there and to get out of the store. Since she was so excited for me to know her name, I leave it here so that others know her. Her name is SYDNEY, a tall blonde and it is believed that because she is large she intimidates people. Terrible service and I really don't understand, unless CVS kidnapped SYDNEY and put her to work against her will, I don't understand why her attitude is so rude and her notable reluctance to even provide non-rude service."
"This is by far the worst CVS I have ever been to! In fact, I am so dissatisfied, that I will never do business with CVS again! In my 50+ years, I have never seen a business that performs so poorly! They simply refuse to answer the phone! I am bed-ridden now, and had to call this CVS store about something that could not be addressed online, via the CVS app, or with their automated phone service. I needed to actually speak with the pharmacist. I was kept on hold for 2 HOURS & 9 MINUTES! THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! I ended up having to send someone up to the store on my behalf - just to ask a question! And that's another nightmare! If you visit the store, either by way of the drive-thru or by going inside, you can expect a ridiculously LONG wait time before getting any assistance! Finally, in addition to this extremely poor customer service, they're also usually out of common meds, so are unable to fill your prescription! If I could give them a ZERO, or a NEGATIVE rating, I would because this isn't a new issue for this CVS - this has been problematic for months & months now! I have given them more than enough time to get their act together, but the 2+ hour long hold time today was the final straw! Consider me a FORMER CVS customer now!"
"This is the worst CVS pharmacy I have ever been to. I have been consistently coming for 2 years. They never answer the phone. The longest wait time I have ever experienced. If there is more than one car at the drive through, do not get in line. Go inside and still be prepared to wait at least 10 minutes for someone to even speak to you. It’s ridiculous and I don’t see them making any improvements. I’m done."
