"If I forget to call, they call me. If I’m going out of town, they make sure I can get the oxygen I need for the time I’m gone, even if that means having to coordinate with another office in their chain. They seem genuinely delighted to be helping me out and I have had no problems at all."

"After being referred to Lincare, they called and scheduled me in for an appointment right away. I had training with Wendy, who is absolutely wonderful. Wendy called me back about 10 days later to see how I was doing and cleared up some misunderstandings. There’s an app that I use to follow my progress, and she was able to answer questions on the metrics, and what they mean. The equipment is working fine, I am getting used to wearing a CPAP, I’m beginning to sleep through the night and feel a lot better. Highly recommend!"

"The Lincare personnel (both office and delivery) are helpful, polite and pleasant. The only complaint I have is that they don’t give a timeframe for delivery which means every Thursday I have to stay home waiting for delivery which sometimes happens early in the day but usually happens late in the afternoon."
