"Picked up my two rugs and was told at that time I would see some powder from the backing. Getting my rugs home, it’s like a sand pile under the rugs and gritty. I have to vacuuum each day and the minute the rugs go back on the floor, the grit returns. I feel that they should replace my rugs because I was not informed that this might be a problem. I have posted my complaints on Facebook and plan on filing a complaint with the Better business bureau. Very disappointed. Thank heaven it’s only a runner and a small area rug and not my large ones. They did not have this problem until I took them to them. My advise is NEVER Use this company. Wonder if I will hear from them. I was contacted by the owner of Luv Ur Rugs and he asked me to bring my rugs back. The rugs were completely redone and now they no longer have the previous problem.
