"I'm not sure how they can have your prescription 8 days b4 it's due and still not have it filled a week after the due date. Someone needs to step in and help this place. They have some serious issues in this location. Best advice is go somewhere else. I'm looking into switching to a different store as soon as my next dr appointment. "I have had so many bad experiences at this Walgreens pharmacy---both before and during the pandemic. Once in a while you may get someone helpful, but typically I find that you have to talk to several people that have no clue what's going on before you find someone that will take time to listen and assist. I have also had several instances where there were issues with my insurance, for one reason or another, but the Walgreens pharmacy staff didn't bother to call to tell me. I only found out when I called my dr to be sure she sent in the prescription. The rest of the store is fine, but the pharmacy needs more training, more staff, something!"
