"As a professional photographer I travel all throughout the east coast and have visited hundreds of vape shops at this point. I’m always hesitant to stop in any that serve as both tobacco and vape sales but my experience today might just change that. Although I was only here for 5 minutes, I can happily say I had a better experience with Ryan than I have had at 99% of the shops I’ve visited. Knowledgeable and friendly staff is incredibly hard to come by and it’s a sight for sore eyes. Couldn’t have asked for better."

"Good location but HORRIBLE customer service I have seen in my life! First I called to make sure they were open. He told me yes till midnight. I drive over thinking the store would be open since he didn’t tell me otherwise when I called. I got there only thing was open was there drive thru and the dark shortly curly hair gentlemen working slammed his hands down and signed real load as I was just trying to ask him a simple question about a product they sold. I will never go back there and definitely would not recommend it to anyone!!!"

"I have been a customer here for a long time. I switched to fumes which is a disposable vape. Lately they never have the same strength in flavor. So I went to the website and there is an option to check the authentication. I entered the code from the box and it said that " THIS IS NOT AN AUTHENTIC FUME PRODUCT." After tonight I will not be going back. And I reported them to the company for selling bootleg fume sticks. All of the cashier's you ask say they have heard people respond with variations in the taste of this product as well. Which is also why I never used any of the Fume products that were suppose to last longer. Customers complain that the taste is not the same."
