"The woman behind the counter is extremely rude and makes one wish they never entered the store. I bought a vape battery 2 weeks ago, name brand is "Ooze", and I tried returning it because the light stays on constantly, which is a fire hazard. Well, she refused to exchange it for a working one. She made me feel like I was dirt on the bottom of her shoe. I will go elsewhere for my vap products. She needs to find a job that requires no personality and no smiles ever. AWFUL PERSON!! PS . "I hope in here once or twice a year. Always looking to make a hefty purchase. For years I dread going in here because the staff are absolutely rude. You feel like your bothering them trying to spend your money. The walk in humidor sucks. Make sure your cigars aren't stale!! Ohh did I mention the lady behind the counter is always miserable and makes you hate your visit. I only go here when I absolutely have to!"
