"I will never use this company again and would not recommend them. The billing process is inefficient and unfair. Beware, billing staff was very rude and unwilling to help. I end up with an out of pocket bill due to their failure to bill insurance in a timely fashion. Also, it took them over 7 days to process a lab which ends up costing me more because of their inefficient process."

As a medical assistant I have approached all kinds of patients. Patients that walks in with a smile in their face, and others not so happy. However; we treat each patient with respect and compassion.
