"The facility was pristine, had a cute little coffee bar, and the staff was AMAZING!!!!!! Patient, understanding, explained everything... But not overly where you feel stupid. One HUGE thing was our puppy was 1 day early for her second shots and instead of being like "it's just one day, should be ok." Instead they wanted to be safe and make sure our furrbaby didn't have any reactions, so go back next week for her shots and they did NOT use this to their advantage to overcharge us, like some businesses would do.
