"Ladies did a great job and was attentive to our needs. Dr was pretty cool"
"Took a friend here that was very ill. They couldnt fill out the intake paperwork they were so sick. This hospital refused to see the patient, refused to call 911 and made us call 911. After we called 911, they made us leave the building and sit on the curb to wait on the ambulance. How do these people sleep at night? How can you refuse a patient because they are too sick to fill out a paper, could the paper not wait? If he were unconcious how would the paper be filled out prior to treatment? Doesnt make sense. I wouldn't take a wounded stray dog here."
"I went to the ER on the 29th and they did X-rays and didn't really check me for a concussion when I came in from an ATV accident. The doctor told me "time will tell if anything is broke" so I went to a different ER and I had broke my fibula bone, sprained my LCL and have a hematoma. They did NOT tell me anything, I was only in there for about 30 minutes too. I don't recommend. They'll even send a bill and expect you to pay for services they did not give you!"
"Received a bill 11 months following services for over $5800. Paid radiology bill back in 2021 and even called the hospital after receiving paperwork from insurance making me aware that hospital didn't take BCBS and they were not covering bill but send me a smaller check. After repeated calls to hospital billing I received a call back and told them I had not received an bill and just sign check over. Once I received the check I called the office to find out how I pay a bill that I do not have and never got a call back after multiple attempts. Nearly a year later I get a statement showing I have a current 0-30 day balance for over $5800 (insurance only paid me 3k). Called number on statement and was told if I had just given them the check I wouldn't have a bill but now I have to pay full amount of bill. I explained I wasn't going to just mail a check to the hospital (I work out of state) with no information and was told they didn't have an account number to give me at the time but now I have to pay the full amount. Extremely frustrating especially when I tried to resolve the issue at the time of service and am now dealing with it a year later and paying and additional nearly 3k due to their lack of communication."
"I visited twice in 2 days. First was for a 104 fever that wouldn't break for 7 days. They diagnosed me with covid and sent me home. 2 days later, I couldn't breathe. An ambulance took me in. It was painful and uncomfortable. Then they locked me in a prison cell for like 6 hours. I got a chest x-ray. I was cold, uncomfortable, and weak. Eventually the Dr told me I had pneumonia. He said that he would admit me, but he has to save the empty beds for old people that aren't there. He told me if I couldn't breathe to come right back in an ambulance. I ALREADY COULDN'T BREATHE THAT'S WHY I'M HERE! And surprise, I can't even afford this ambulance, what makes you think that I can afford another one just to be rejected all over again? I can't believe that nonexistent paitents get better access to health care than me. Also, I haven't been able to inhale for more than 1 second at a time, and I'm pretty sure I'm going to die in my living room. Thanks for killing me, life Brite"
