"My girl is almost 2 and has been at SmartKids since she was 4 months old. She LOVES her teachers and they love her like she’s their own. They do such cute activities and send lots of pictures to keep us informed. Everyone there is so friendly and I feel so comfortable knowing my girl is in good hands everyday. She is learning a lot and is exposed to both English and Spanish languages through her teachers which is awesome too!"

"Smart Kids CDC has been God sent to my son (who is almost 3 yrs old) and I. He’s not been going for almost a month and the teachers and staff have gone above and beyond to make this experience (first one for us) the best it can be. Ms. Angela, Ms. Esther, Ms. Sarah made the admission process so smooth, I was blown away. His teacher Ms. Jennifer is the most caring teacher I have ever met. I always get so much help at drop off and someone always receives him from me. Especially Ms. Kendra and Ms. Zion, there’s a few more I cannot recall their name at the moment but they are always genuinely there to care for the children. I could not recommend this place even more, they are all the best! The HiMama app is a huge plus and informative. I will always be grateful for there generous care."

"Following is my experience with Smart Kids at Fort mill day care: - They will call you and tell you the start date for your kid but they don't have any official process of sending you any orientation mail or welcome letter. - When they'll give you some paper work to sign, they will lose some important document from it and later blame it on you. In my case the paper which contains my bank account info was lost by their team, due to which first week of my child fee was not withdrawn from my bank account. I got a call from them asking me why I have not payed the fees. (Was it my fault ?) - Your kid will not learn anything there instead they will blame it on you. - They will kick out your child on very trivial habit rather than teach him to break that habit. My 2 year old son was kicked out of the daycare just because he used to come out of the classroom some times (They don't put child locks on the doors) - Your bank account will get charged even after your kid is no more going to their daycare. My card was charged for extra 1 week : After multiple calls and follow up finally after a month I got my money back. P.S. : Currently my son is going to a different daycare in Charlotte, the teachers there helped him in breaking his habit of running out of the class room by putting a book shelf in front of the door initially. Now he has grown out of that habit. We are very happy that we found such a nice and caring daycare."
