"Love the actual store. However, it is a decent drive out of the way from where we live and work. I usually try to call to see if they have what I am looking for. Every single time, I am put on hold for 30 minutes or more. I usually give up, but have no idea how long they would leave me listening to the recording if I didn’t. They should be able to see if they have an item, and just give a simple yes or no, way quicker."

"I love the selection in the store. The prices are great. The location is easy to get in and out of. The only negative is the lighting inside the store is terrible. Rural King please fix the lighting. Please"

"Tried to find out the price of this close out bench. The sticker price is $49.98 (reg. $79.99). I sought out a staff member and asked the price. They scanned the item and told me that the price was scanning at $49.98 and to have it rechecked at the checkout. I did as asked and again the item rang at $49.98. When I asked if the 75% discount was off the regular price or the sale price on the sticker. I was told the discount would be off the regular price and the sale price was $49.98. When I pointed out that the discount would make the price around $20, the team member then told me that he would give the discount as if he were doing me a favor. I asked if there was a supervisor available. I was told they did not know I did not make any attempt to contact one. By the way $79.99 - 75% off = $19.99"
