"Many of the employees have helped me to find the most appropriate food and treats for my two Shih-Tzu's. That was important, because my dogs aren't ordinary pets. I want to treat them like family ,because they are!! In the last few weeks they have rearranged the store, but it's still easy to find what ever you're looking for. Chris has worked at this store at least 6 years, and been the manager for at least 2 of those years."

"I took my Schdoodle to be groomed. They told me it would be $50.00 but when I went to pay it was $72.36. They didn't clean her ears out like they were supposed to. We dropped her off and they said give them a couple of hours. So we did and I called she said to give her about 45 minutes she would be ready. She wasn't when we arrived. We looked around the store for another 30 minutes. I use to like the grooming service not now. 1. When you ask price then they change it that's not good. 2. When you have an appointment and then it takes longer than they say. 3. My puppy is 5 months old and weighs 5lbs. Can you explain why it cost so much for such a little dog?"

We attempt to have the best selection and highest quality products for a variety of species of mammals, amphinians, and reptiles, along with our large Betta selection, which we hope to expand at some point.
