"ZERO STARS DO YOU ACTUALLY FOLLOW THROUGH? - I had an x-ray on Friday 12.22.23 and was told by your tech it is supposed to be 24 hour turn around for POTENTIAL ACTIVE TB and/or Pneumonia (Missy). I have had no contact from your office and it's 3 days later and I have access to no information from your facility at this time. This is the second set of X-rays I have had at your Midtown facility with NO follow through with my doctor. The previous negligence resulted in the delay in the refilling of an essential medication. The last set didn't even make it to the office next door to your office where my doctor is located much to my healthcare provider's surprise. She actually had her PA go over on Friday (12.22.23) and get them by hand... Over a month after they were taken. Also during the prior appointment I waited in your office for an hour when there were no other patients to be seen before me (Crystal) and your "team" lied to my face saying that the tech was finishing up with someone else and I called her out on it that day. *I was the first person in that morning and your staff let me in when they arrived late. Amazingly, after I said something the tech (Missy) came out immediately ALONE and took me back."
"Today I had my first mammogram and Tina was so kind and patient, she also made me feel so comfortable. She is excellent at her job! The doctor also explained the results to me in a kind and understandable way. The team in general is wonderful!!"
"My PCP's office said that Cardinal Points Imaging only accepts walk-ins. That was incorrect. I made my appointment with a wonderful customer service person. I arrived, was checked in by the delightful Dorothy, had minimal paperwork to complete, and was brought back within 10 minutes of sitting down. I got my x-rays with a very friendly and efficient tech whose name I didn't catch and was gone in a total of 20 minutes. Was possibly the best medical appointment I've ever had. Outstanding."
"While procedure itself was fine in 2021. I am trying to get records transferred to new state/doctor. It’s been two weeks now and nothing despite numerous calls to records department. Undergoing probably unnecessary mammograms because of this lack of transfer. Also currently on hold 17 minutes and counting to try once again. Incredibly frustrating this level of attention."

I swear, she just had a light about her, and it shined! I haven't even gone back to see the technician for the x-ray, but I just had to share my experience thus far.
