"I have had many mammograms and this experience was surprisingly bad. One of their two mammogram machines was broken. They didn't think to call any of us to reschedule. It was a 2 hour wait by 10:30 am. For my fellow seniors - no one was in a mask in a full waiting room. After I left without the mammogram no one called to follow up. Instead they sent a form letter to my doctor saying I was not responding to them. They have never called me once even to check on me. I normally find staff in imaging offices to be extra nice and kind. It might have been the stress of the broken machine, but they were not."

"I had a Diagnostic Breast Mammogram and Ultrasound done on Tuesday January 24, 2023. The Secretary, Medical Technicians and Radiology Doctor were so kind, compassionate and very professional. I felt so comfortable to be taken care of in a very exemplary manner."

"Dont go there for your first ultrasound if you're pregnant! Very rude technician , not smiling or anything very robotic, when I asked to hear the heart beat she told me that we cant and thats too soon even tho i was 9 weeks plus ... not a problem, I then asked if i can look at the screen ? She said no and that she needed to concentrate and that she will make a cd for me to watch at home !!!! Not even a sorry or a compassionate word! This is my 2nd pregnancy and this is not my first ultrasound, i know that you can show me the screen for like 10 secondes its not going to prevent you from concentrating ! Anyways im very upset and disappointed and wont be back here anytime soon!"
