They refused to discount the service or store expense any shampoo. The only option they gave us was to buy dog shampoo there to use the wash station."
"When my dog's food was contaminated for a salmonella recall, they would not refund the purchase, mind you, the bag was unopened, but because it had been purchased more than 2 weeks prior, no refund. Purchased another brand that wound up making my dog sick...vomiting, diarrhea, hot spots, 2 weeks into feeding....again, would not do anything. Never again will I spend another dime with this company."
