"Was a practitioners are fine but it's clear that the company that runs advanced Care doesn't care at all about patients only money. They'll spend the minimum that they have to to get patients in the door, but from the website to the answering service to the online forms there are many things that they know do not work properly but have not bothered to fix because it costs money. Now of course every business runs for a profit but if you're a healthcare business you better give a **** about your patients experience even on a minimal level or they'll do like I did and go somewhere else local instead of corporate, which is what I recommend you do"

"Didn’t even make it to seeing a practitioner, so I can’t speak to their level of care. My interactions with the front office staff and office manager while trying to set up my appointment were quite poor. Lost records, needing to reschedule appointments last minute, staff that doesn’t really know the protocols of the office, etc. were a huge red flag that caused me to cancel mine and my daughters appointments. Edited to add: It probably shouldn’t take posting a public negative review for your practice to meet a minimum standard for patient care, considering you lost my faxed medical records after my previous doctor confirmed that it was sent to the number on your form that you faxed over. The office manager at your practice then told me that you didn’t even have a record of me filling out the form... Not very interested in discussing the issue further after I’ve seen how you treat patients confidential medical records!"

"If you need a PCP look no further! I see Mary Holmes and she has been nothing short of a miracle. She listens to you, does everything she says she’s going to do, and is very compassionate. She really is as nice as she looks. I highly recommend Avance Care Durham if you are looking for a PCP. I don’t recommend the nutritionist there though."
