"Scheduler Markee was delightful, quick, prompt and professional Edit: when I went in for my ultrasound. The tech stated my Dr only ordered the "top" ultrasound but stated they usually do vaginally as well and asked me if I was OK with it. Of course, I was. She was a taller, older, white lady with auburn hair in a pony. Very sweet and very professional. I was pleased with how I was handled with care."

"I had a monogram on March 1 and still have not received a report...now at March 16.. I used to always get notified right away when going to the Chapel Hill office...and included getting a letter of the report. I am now sitting on hold with medical records for 15 mins and listening to a recording. I will not be going back to that facility next year. I am hoping my mammogram is ok when I can finally get a report....not good customer service to be sitting here and worrying ..."
