"Billing is all wrong and all phone calls get redirected to an answering service. Nobody ever calls you back so your issue doesn’t get resolved. Terrible service."
"First of all, you really need to catch up with the times. I wanted to make a credit card payment online, but no, you have to call & wait on hold FOREVER for credit cards. Then, while waiting on hold for 8 minutes or so, a woman answered the phone & asked if I wanted to leave a message. No! I'd rather keep holding or just give someone some money & get on with my life. It's not really that difficult. Not to mention, this woman was extremely RUDE!!! She should NOT be answering the phone OR dealing with CS."
"This place has the worst billing department. They don't know what they are doing. Submitting dozen claims for one day, billing each lab test separately with all wrong or missing codes, resubmitting claims under three different names with wrong codes again. I am receiving random bills from them for processed, reprocessed claims. There is no way to track what is paid or not paid. I should have zero balance for preventative labs if claims filed correctly, but they are not doing their job. To get someone on a phone is close to impossible. They will never call back and not fixing their errors. My provider now stopped using them. I will talk to all providers I ever meet to avoid this lab. There are many others, who do their job right from the first time and treat their customers with respect."

"Ian is very rude from your marketing department. I have received calls 2 days in a row, this is not including the numerous voice mails. I have replied that I was not interested in your services, I was not interested in the learning opportunity about your services, and I was not interested in the email about your services. After explaining that I had given him the same answers yesterday Ian responded that he would call me back tomorrow. I replied that there was no need to keep calling and to remove me from his call list. Ian replied that he would call me back next month and hung up. Please do not call again. Ian also called last evening as well and left another message after speaking with me in which I declined interest in your services. Please have a conversation with Ian. I can assure you that even IF I was looking for lab services after this harassment and rudeness from Ian I would NOT be looking at your company for services as it appears that your customer service is not able to listen clearly or follow direction."
