"Visited this location a few months back for some blood work. My doctor accidentally sent over labs that had already been done, so a repeat wasn't necessary. Upon check-in, I told the lady I only need one set of those labs. I was very specific about which ones had already been ran. She said that was fine. I went back for the blood draw and they handed me a paper. While walking out reading the paper, I realized they did the wrong tests... the ones I already had done. I walked back in and told the receptionist. She said it was no bother, as they'd just toss the blood and I wouldn't be charged for those labs. I got a bill in the mail and called back. I spoke with a lady who told me it was all sorted out and the charges would be removed. I got another bill in the mail and called back again. This lady told me there's nothing they can do about any of it and I just have to pay. Well, that's not good enough. I'm not paying $300 for duplicate labs. It can hit my credit. I'm very peeved with being told it was resolved twice for it to not be resolved at all. I won't use labcorp again. The communication is horrible."

"Took almost 3 hours to just pee in a cup, on top of being told that you have to wait for appointments first when they don't tell you to make an appointment. HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU HAVE A DRUG TEST. Drug testing times are 10am-12pm and 2pm-4pm for anyone curious and not wanting to waste their time."
"Do not go to this place. So over crowded. Didn’t even have a place to sit. Wait time is well over an hour of what your scheduled time is. Very unprofessional staff. Stay away from this place. Rude people work here, and don’t care about you and your personal needs!!!"
"i wish i could give this location 0 stars. i made an appointment to drop off a saliva test, but ended up waiting an hour past my appointment time even though i told them that i just needed to hand the test tubes over. when i went back, the woman working tried to make me give my blood despite having already been tested at another location. i showed her my bruise from the blood test and told her that i already had my results from the exact test she was trying to re-perform, but she kept repeating that i never got my blood drawn and refused to listen to me. i was sent back to the waiting room after i asked her to call my doctor’s office so she could see that i completed the test, where i waited for another 45 minutes just to be told that my doctor’s office didn’t answer, but that i needed to get the blood test from the order because she didn’t believe i had gotten it despite having bruises, knowing exactly what was being tested, and having my results available. i just left after that. i have never been so frustrated with medical personnel in my life"
